the state requires competition gloves. the others don't have proper padding and are normaly lighter in weight.

what the crap is the difference between, mma training gloves, mma striking gloves, and mma competition gloves, other than different padding designs the functionality seems the same

KYFC #79 UPDATE===UPDATE=== ...UPDATE: FRONT ROW SEATS and VIP tables are now on sale. Front row is $25.00 each and a VIP table is $200.00 and seats 6 people for that cost. Call now to reserve. KYFC # 79 in Corbin Ky. at the old Civic Center on Jan.21,2012 will be a event no one wants to miss. Not only is Brian Kilgore returning to fight. We have Shane (Superman) Steel who is a top ranked well known Pro Boxer doing his first MMA fight. We have also heard from one of the first MMA fighters to ever fight in the sport from Corbin area Tim Black is trying to get leave from the Navy to fight on this card. We also have one of the top ranked amateur heavyweights Harry Hunsucker will be on the card.Last night we also signed Adam Fair one of the best Muay Thai fighters around to do his first amateur MMA fight. As I said before we will have fighters from the Toy Soldierz fight team for the first in 3 years at this event, This card is looking real good. UPDATE====UPDATE====UPDATE====UPDATE====UPDATE: ...KENTUCKY FIGHTING CHALLENGE # 79 has a new location and date. We will NOT be at Greenup County High School on Dec.3rd. We had to cancel that fight and will have it next year. Our new fight date will be on Jan. 21,2012 in Corbin Ky. at the Corbin Civic Center. Our card will have some of the best AMATEUR MMA fighters from that area and 3 other states on the card. Brian Kilgore will be returing in a heavyweight bout this will be his first fight in over a year, and he is better than ever. We will also see the return of the imfamous Toy Soldiers fight team. We will also have a full card of great matches. This will be a card with alot of special guy's fighting on it. I will keep you updated as the card comes together. We need fighters from all weights and skill levels to fight on this card.
